Revision Policy
At digitalopolis.net, we strive to provide our clients with a perfect product. However, there may be times when revisions are necessary.

Our policy is to make all revisions necessary at no cost to you until you are completely satisfied.

To request a revision, please provide us with detailed instructions on what needs to be revised in the content, based on the original instructions and guidelines you provided when you placed the order.

We will revise the content if we missed any instructions or if there are errors in the content we supplied.

However, if you ask for revisions based on different instructions or requirements that were not included in the original order, it would be considered a new order and you would need to pay for it.

Please note that all revision requests must be made within five business days of receiving the articles. After five business days, your order will be considered approved.

Refund Policy
Once an order has been assigned to one of our staff members and is considered "in process," we cannot offer any refund. Additionally, we do not accept returns as our products are delivered digitally and tailored specifically to each individual client, making them unusable for other clients
